So I've been doing so well with my diet, and this weekend has came and I we had a birthday party, ate 4 hotdogs, cake and ice cream. Then today I had a milkshake, 2 pieces of cake and now i'm drinking beer..... Ugh.
I always do this to myself, I always get back on the wagon the next day but I'm tired of doing it. The problem to is now I feel like total shnit. I beat up on myself, even though I had a good time. I had a great time yesterday and today I saw cake... and I ate it.
Anyway, do any of you have things you do to get yourself from thinking before you eat? or how to get out of a funk from when you do eat more than you want?
