I did go into work and quit my job, by the way. I was a teacher, under contract, and basically it resulted in me losing my certification. I didn't know I was bipolar. I just thought I was going to hurt someone if I stayed.

A psychiatrist could have helped me take medical leave before I lost it all. I just didn't know what was happening.
