Are you on a psych med that causes weight gain ? if that is the case maybe try some of the "weigh neutral" ones.

I feel for you, I gained 35 very fast years back when on Zyprexa.. Refused to ever allow a medication to cause that again. I deal with anorexia so it was impossible to handle.
