Lexapro worked pretty well when I first started taking it about 4 years ago. Now, it doesn't seem to have the same effect that it used to. Tried Klonopin on a PRN basis and it did nothing. Same with Ativan other than making me feel extremely off balance, almost like I was drunk without feeling drunk (if that makes any sense). I go back in May for a med check and I think I'm going to see if my pdoc can switch me to something other than Lexapro.
