Olanza honey I know how you feel. I also am guilty of eating my emotions!!! it's like I eat to comfort myself cause no one else can.
I started walking and that made me feel less like eating. Keeping my mind busy also helps. If you are worried about health issues see your doc. Talk to him about this get the ok to start a healthy exercise program. I found that when I exercised I feel physically and mentally better. It takes awhile so don't give up.
