No its not right but I do know some people that have done it like I have a friend that got banned from a website and she requested that all her posts on the site be deleted because they were mostly her personal poetry, then after a few days she tried to register and log on using her computer but they used her ip address as a way to shut off access not just closing her account so she used another friends computer and registered. When she saw that her poems and posts had not been delted she let the owner of the site know that she had requested that they be removed as the site did not have copy right to those poems and stuff and if she had to she would seek court action for copywrite infringement because she in writing revolked the sites right to have those posts and peoms for which she held the legal copywrite for (she would write her poems and posts then send them to the library of congress and get the copy write certificate so that every thing she wrote on line was her own property and copywrited material. The sites owner had no choice but to remove her posts and poetry once she sent a copy of the library oof congress certificate to the owner. Then for months afterwards she used various computers to register just to varify that no one on the site was still using and posting her copywrited material.

Its not right that people banned reregister like having this friend of mine did, BUT it does happen and there is no way to prevent it unless the sites shut off ALL IP addresses of EVERY computer in the world but then no one would have access including those that had been banned.

My therapist told me being on line is like going to a garage or lawn sale one persons garbage is another persons treasures.. I may not like what every person on line writes and might think what they are writing is and posting is garbage because what they are writing about doesnt fit me or makes me mad but like going to the yard and garage sale its not up to me to judge someone elses items for display or sale. I can take it, use it or pass on by it but its not up to me to say one persons treasures is garbage just because I have no use for it in my life.
