I just filled out the online application today, which is part one. Now I need to get some paperwork filled out by my psychiatrist, that's part two. Then I need to meet with one of my school's counselors to go over introductory material and assess my needs.

I'm a little worried because right now all I have diagnosed is Bipolar I and GAD, but I have a feeling I have adhd and dyslexia and dyscalculia too, but I haven't been properly assessed. I want to be assessed though, so I'm working on getting that done through my clinic. It just might take too long. And I don't know how long my psychiatrist wants to wait before deciding for sure whether I have adhd or not because I've been manic lately and he's been more concerned about that.

Has anyone applied for disability services through their college? What sort of help did you get? I don't even know what I want out of this except being able to take the tests in a quiet room alone, but I don't know what else is an option.
