I'm used to it in a sense. It still freaks me out in the moment, kind of a panic reaction. But I'm fine as soon as I can move again. It doesn't haunt me or make me scared to sleep.

Sleep paralysis is kind of like hypnogogia, but more like hypnopompia because you're waking up, not falling asleep, the difference is, you can't move. In normal hypnagogic hallucinations your movement isn't restricted if you choose to move. It's not like night terrors though. Night terrors happen when you're in the middle of sleeping and just start crying out without knowing what you're doing. I think.
