Over the counter Benadryl has been approved for off-label use for anxiety, specifically panic disorder. But I wouldn't advise taking it in the daytime.

Do you think when I can I should see a Pdoc and tell them these things? For now, I could try the Benadryl. I normally take Melatonin at night, but that usually knocks me out the next day and I think it might actually make me feel more depressed to be honest. Thinking about not taking that anymore.

It would be nice if I could worry about only what I am doing. That rarely works because no matter what I do I feel like I should be doing something else instead. I have 10,000 things due this week. I might need to actually stay up late to do them on time.
