I believe all times on the calendar are posted in EST. So since you are in Missouri, BPD chat would be from 5-6PM every Sat Central Time.

The way you access chat is by clicking the on the "Chat" button on the banner at the top of the page ^. You'll be required to log in with your username and password you use to access the forums, and then a list of chat rooms will appear. Simply click on the BPD chat room and you can join in on the discussion
