It's not your fault about your sister. Your dad should not of lost his cool, so it's him that has the problem. Don't blame yourself ok?

As for your ex husband, you deserve to be away from him. Even if he did have his own issues, that doesn't make it ok or right in regards to what he did to you. I hope you posting and talking about it, helps in some way.
