Hah, the eerie calmness you mention. I freak clients out at work sometimes by how i switch. They try to get away with an unreasonable discount as i domineeringly explain how that is in no way possible while simultaneously flattering them with my seemingly kind tone of voice and word choice.. mean while my eyes are saying "Test me, ******. I ****ing dare you."
