This may not be possible, since it sounds like you're dealing with psychomotor retardation, but if you can manage to exercise a bit, even if it's just walking for 10 or 15 minutes, you may feel a temporary antidepressant effect.
Like Christina said, you may have to force yourself to get up and go pretend you feel good. Sorry you're not feeling well.
