Today's another really crap day. Not quite depressed, still a bit hypomanic to be honest.

Meds seem to be doing the trick although the lithium is kicking me down hard at 1400mg to stop me just flying. Reflecting through everything my life has been and is is sobering.

More than anything I really feel the need to just talk. Just to be told that I can and will get better, and I'm not alone.
