yesterady was a bad day for me........... i was doing fine in the begning but it soon became a nightmare.
kids were in school and things were going good. we went out to see some old neighbours , at first i was fine..........(there's that word again, 'fine' . doesnt mean a thing) i went to the chemist to pick up some meds for oldest daughter, and i was refused..... i was told i was black listed from picking up meds.......... the shop was full, i felt 2 inches high......... in the end i had to promise that i wouldnt do anything silly with the meds.
thats when i started feeling sick and angree ........
then the evening arrived and i had calmed down a bit, but when our youngest daughter started answering back, i lost it completly ........ i scared her and myself. i shouted at herand then i shouted some more........
my daughter went to sleep crying, that isnt right............ i feel like a complete bastard now. the last thing i want to do is scare my family
