oh yes I can so relate it can be so scary...usually people say to find the trigger...well I have no trigger either it just happens while I'm watching t.v (a comedy) I thought it was the kind of shows I'm watching but it didn't matter. I think I'm getting used to them I just say to myself "oh great,here we go again" they also say it will just stop one day just like they started. Accepting them I think is part of the key and saying to yourself..it will pass it's just my anxiety it won't hurt me. I know easier said then done, but don't worry to much about them, that might be our trigger. Good luck!
