Yes, I begin therapy next week. Also I found a great private diary/blog website that really helps me to vent it all out. I also have a good hand at acrylic paints, and have used that meduim to express myself in an open and artistic way. Ive gotten into writing a bit lately as well. I highly recommend all three for those days that one wants to explode lol.
