I left a weekend voicemail, a very weak rant for my standby therapist, but I got an email on Monday saying she had been trying to call me to make sure I was okay. I was flabbergasted, because nothing in the call even hinted of being in physical danger.

Sometimes, they just need reassurance.

I sent him an email back and told him I was not in any danger, and I did not mean to word what I said the way I did. He hasn't responded. I just don't want him to think I'm just trying to pretend like I'm ok. I hope he believes me!
