This woman is only interested in being rescued. She knows nothing about boundaries and will use anyone (including her child) to further her goal of having someone take care of her.

".....to feel so loved by someone who refuses to let go or let me leave them...." That is not love, that is being manipulated. Guilt and shame are no basis for a future.

Break contact, find another job and pray that she is not pregnant with your kid.
