I understand what you mean Direction. I barely have anyone in real life that I feel close with anymore.. I've pushed them all away.

One note is, though, that maybe your friend that isn't returning your calls is having his/her own problem and it's not that they are mad at you for anything. I know that probably isn't very comforting, but its a thought.
