I'm glad to hear that you were able to trust you're T enough to be able to tell them something that was that personal, and that you hadn't told anyone else. But sometimes, just telling someone doesn't completely erase how we're feeling about it. Healing is a process. Keep talking about it with your T, keep writing how you are feeling ... these are all steps that together will hopefully be able to ease your anxiety about this issue.
This was a huge step forward though, you should feel good about that.
