I got expelled from one of my colleges for having a .7 GPA , i was banned for like 5 years, and i basically withdrew from my second one because my gpa was non existent.

I feel so unmotivated and left behind.

I tried doing yoga and stuff but it only lasts a few days until I relapse into no motivation mode.
