When hypo yes, sometimes touch is painful, my skin actually burns, lights are blinding,sound is deafening, it's all very overwhelming. Thank God I don't always experience it all at once, and it doesn't happen in every cycle.
Probably just the really intense ones, idk, I don't really study them.
