Morning couch! And happy Easter to those who celebrate. Getting ready to head to work, hopefully to hear good news today, I applied to be part of a group in our center that help coach other advocates to better their performance, and assist with new hires when they first come out on the floor, it's not a different position or a raise or anything, but something I wanna do anyway because it's fun, I've done it in the past w/out the official "title". 50 people applied, 13 of us were selected to go through the 2nd round of testing, I was told I passed that, now we'll see if there's anything else. Supposedly the sup running it wanted to make the selections today. She used to be my sup and always said back then that she wanted to get me on board with this, so I'm crossing my fingers!
