Olanza, first be proud you recognized the problem. I am an emotional eater I do stuff my feelings. what I'm trying to do is see if i am eating out of hunger or emotion. Keep a food diary and emotional journal. I have been using my fitness pal it is a free downloadable app with great dieting advice and recipes. My kids helped me do it cause I am technologically disabled!!! I pack for work ahead of time. I am a snacker too so I pack cut fruit and veggies and yogurt, healthy snack bars. I also upped my water intake that really does help even though i have to peee so often!!!!haha Thanks for starting this thread. I am learning from it too!!!I am here for you! Also if you can start some light exercise you won't want to eat and ruin the good the exercise is doing!!!! I HAVE SARTED WaLKING AGAIN. Dam, i'm sore but it feels good.
