Somebody needs to work on autocorrect or spellcheck or whatever that was... epiphanous moments is what I meant to say.
And yes you can change. You really have to want it though. You have to want it more than anything in the world. And it's even harder than it sounds. You'll think of so many reasons/excuses that give you permission to slack. You'll tell yourself just this one time and then no more. Good luck.
