My son was currently taking generic lexapro 10mg prescribed by the family doctor. He was not changing and seemed to be getting worse with his social anxiety which led to binge drinking. Finally got him to see a therapist. The therapist feels his 10mg is too low considering he is about 280lbs. The therapist recommended zoloft and left his family doctor know.

I know he will be very upset with the sexual side effects so does anyone know how to combat that?

Has anyone have success stories with Zoloft? I am so hoping he changes back tot he boy he once was.
