You gotta start eating clean! My basic diet consists of:
Breakfast: oatmeal, greek yogurt, walnuts, and sugar-free maple syrup; and coffee
Lunch: canned chicken or tuna, store bought guacamole, a big handful of prewashed baby kale or spinach, all in a tortilla wrap
Dinner: big bowl of cooked veg with (not too much!) shredded cheese melted on top
Snack: fruit, whatever.
If you at least can start eating better, you will start feeling better. Focus on getting protein and veg at most meals, or dairy, then add a carb.
