Don't quit your job - there's a good chance that will make things worse. Plus, there are people like that in every job. I am considered a bit of an oddball and head case where I work but that's OK. I have a VERY stressful job and have wanted to quit for years, especially lately. But I was recently diagnosed with BP mixed rapid cycling a few months ago an it has been a blessing for me. It has given me clarity and a new sense of purpose in finding a new job that matches who I am.
Think about what you want to do. It could take a year or more to change but try to chisel out a plan that makes sense. Another thing I have done is lowered the priority of my job - I used to be all out all day but now I try to deprioritize what I do and focus on other things in my life that make me happy. I know it is tough to do, but try to use your disability to your advantage. Right on.
