I would up the Ritalin to 20mg 3x a day and take benzos for a few weeks until an anti-anxiety/depressant kicks in to deal with the heart issue.

The more you get anxiety, it gets worse over time. Maybe you need to lower the dose and go up slowly even though no one with ADHD wants to do that.
