i think mainly they just ask questions surrounding the symptoms of ADHD. One poster said he took a keyboard test where he had to hit every letter except x and use the space bar a lot. i truly didnt understand the purpose of that. lol. i know with kids, parents fill out a questionnaire, as well as the teacher and they diagnose based on that. so maybe you would be filling that out. sorry cant be of more help.
