you could go check out the dsm 5 and see if you meet the criteria. it doesnt necessarily have to be that. you may just be experiencing some psychosis. did you start any new meds? i have had some antidepressants cause psychosis for me. what you should really do is make an appointment with your doctor to discuss what is going on with you. hallucinations are a serious issue.
