the cling wrap stuff is called coban. You can also get it on amazon, probably for cheaper. Another idea is tegaderm, it's what they use to hold IVs in place, I use it to keep a central line port in my chest in place and one stays intact through twice a day showers and daily runs for about a week. It comes in a bunch of different sizes and you can get it at probably any online medical supply store or amazon is probably easiest.
