I just wondered if any one had any advice etc.
Last night I was in a deep sleep/dream where I was surrounded by white light I can't remember an awful lot but suddenly woke up with what felt like a shock, bang to my head like a really big sudden jolt which I felt disorientated from.The only way I can describe is like a vibrating feeling but from inside my head but it was really strong it woke me startled as to what had just happened. I have been developing as a medium for the past few years and have regular dreams etc but nothing of this nature and just wondered if this could of been some sort of outer body experience.
