Thanks for the reminder. I quit cold turkey about 9 months ago (I was a pack a day smoker for 30 years) & when I was manic my smoking became virtually non-stop. I figured I was spending upwards of $200 a month smoking. I read somewhere that the percentage of smokers among those with mental illnesses is higher than those of folks who don't have them.

There are still days when I wake up wanting a cigarette, so thanks again for the reminder. I know darned well that if I had one cigarette that would just lead to more.

BTW I love the picture of the crab!
