I am sorry to hear that you are so unhappy at your job, and all the stress that you are having right now.

I would say that right here is a good start, as myself and others here have alot of stress as well and understand the different stereotypes associated with stress.

Myself get comments of the opposite of being told I should not be stressed as I do not work and am on disibility, only I still have a great deal of daily stress that alot of the time becomes overwhelming.

I would suggest in addition to the Support Forum, that if you do not already have a Therapist, that it could really help you with coping mechanisms in dealing with the stress of your everyday life.

I have a Case Manager T and she really helps me feel better and to relax and sometimes just listen to me as I rant and go on and on. After our session I feel a lot better. I trust her and that is a really good release for me, and though maybe a Therapist could help you if you find the right one you can talk to about the things causing you stress.
