First off, sorry to hear you are feeling this way. These feelings can be quite burdensome and viewing yourself as abnormal can only serve to isolate you.
Take comfort in knowing normal is often an illusion. We all have strengths and weaknesses, and our own struggles. Our problems are relative.
When I'm not in school (going for Occupational Therapy), I typically browse the Internet to acquire as much knowledge as I can (feeds my ego to feel like I know a lot), I play video games. When I'm single I'll mingle in real life and online with girls. I've studied psychology since I was 13 so sometimes I'll read the DSM and memorize it.
Aside from that I watch the flash, better call Saul, etc.
