Has anyone experienced either weight gain or cognitive effects from Perphenazine? I'm trying to decide whether or not I want to go off it.

I know weight gain is a known side effect, not sure about cognitive effects. I'm just trying to trim down my med list to lose as much weight as possible and get my head as clear as possible.
