Happens to me while manic. Like I am thinking so fast that I change my sentences mid-talking and cannot even remember the name of someone when they tell me it. It sucks I know, because you feel bad about not even being able to remember someone's name.

Medications: 0mg Prozac (Thank God), 10mg Zyprexa, 100mg Lamictal XR (for now may adjust as needed), 2mg Klonopin
