Forgetful, difficulty remembering details, mind all over the place. Very easy to lose my train of thought. Anxiety. Takes me twice as long to do a given task than the average person. I forget what I went into a room for frequently. Scatter-brained. Absent minded. Spacing out all the time. Continually daydreaming and thinking about the past. Do very air-headed type things at work and in other areas of life frequently.
I do not know if I have ADHD or if I am just have poor self-control and poor self-discipline? Would like to know your thoughts. Would also like to change.
Want to be focused, efficient, effective, competent, organized in my thinking.
