He sounds pushy. Hard to say if she only expresses herself using 'ppl', as in not wanting to entertain ppl if ppl come over, each time they interact. Otherwise, there's not much to go on, to understand the wants or intentions of the girl. Uugh sounds frustrated, however, when used in that context.
