Have you considered Hormone Replacement Therapy? It's not for everyone but sure helps a lot of people. I was on it when I began to go through menopause and it was a God send. However, I developed breast cancer (not related to the hormones but they took me off of them anyway). So I had to go through all the hot flashes and night sweats while going through chemo. It was a nightmare, so I understand how bad it can be. So if you don't have a history of breast cancer it is one option.
