Hello lq2015 ,
please go to the college people , you may not need counseling , in the UK colleges they have people who work for the college , who can help you in lots of different ways , maybe time management , or breaking down your subjects and study hours into blocks , don't think about all of your subjects and taking final exams as one big massive thing , do they not let you do study and stuff at home ? , start now , look at your college work and try and see what can be done , even if its just to sort out study notes, or type up notes, or print offs , say if I knew that I had a lecture about quantum mechanics (lol) , tomorrow at 9am ,

I'd get my quantum mechanics folder ready , pens, dicatophone ( if your no good at taking notes)
Then have a bath and wash so your all ready to go in the morning (so you don't to rush about in the morning) , just having your stuff ready the night before a lecture can just make the next day less stressful, if you do take notes in a lecture , I found writing them up properly as soon as possible is better than leaving it till later .

Bye
Thanks for this!
