So, I asked my question twice and each time he completely ignored me! He did not even say sorry I don't have any advice he just skipped over me twice and let me sit there for 30 min. Least he could have done is simply say he could not help me!

So I will ask my question and maybe someone else can relate. I get sudden mood shifts that will last for a few hours at a time despite being on a mood stabilizer. I go to my pdoc and each time they just up my mood stabilizer. Does anyone else experience this and have advice on how to correct it?
