Oh goodness, no. My T is so far from psychic... he's like the opposite of psychic, even when I tell him things, he doesn't understand or remember sometimes!

But, the BAU isn't psychic! They're profilers! It's all psychology! But it's silly to try to profile you while you're right there, willing and participating. He just needs to pipe up and ask you. Maybe your T needs assertiveness classes? Are you intimidating him ?
