When I get in that sort of mood, I do push-ups. I do them until it hurts - A LOT. The pain takes the mind away for a moment, and for venting my frustration I get more muscle mass.
Another one I like is I suck in my stomach. Don't confuse this for holding your breath! I just hold my stomach in as tight as I can; And when I can't hold it any longer, I keep going! It hurts like a s.o.b. but it relieves a heck of a lot of stress and it works out some muscles.
