You aren't getting the payment until the next month because the payment date for this month has passed. (ie, if you miss the payment date of the 3rd, you have to wait until the 3rd of the next month) Its like this for ALL benefits. Next months benefits will be larger.

At one point I got 4 months of benefits at once. That was nice...
