Hello Jokko, welcome to Psych Central.

Well, if it is related to anxiety then your doctor should be looking into helping you with that also by suggesting psychotherapy and/or a medication to help those symptoms. It is a distressing feeling and you deserve help with it. It may be that an adjustment is needed to the current medication you are taking. Go back to the doctor, you do not need to suffer like this.
