What I think Ego is, ego is "I" how many times do you say "I" to yourself before a sentence in your brain? "I don't like this feeling," "I hate Vanessa at work" "I wish I could just go back to sleep" "I need to poop" "I want a puppy"

We all have it, Ego. It gets in the way of real life (besides pooping, everyone needs to do that) all the time! Right now as your reading this, the World is going on. "I don't care" is what some might say or "It is going on around us" seriously say those two sentences and see how it makes you feel.

When we let go of our Ego, we can start enjoying life. Our life, our family, friends, dogs, cats, co-workers (the one we hate because we look at them like "wow, this guy is a real person,"), milk deliverers, butchers, the bakers, and the candlestick makers.
