Was it a busy chat? Sometimes messages just get lost or not noticed; I'm sure it was not an intentional ignore.
I discussed this possibility with my therspist and pdoc recently. i had a month a few years ago where my energy was high. Sleeping two to three hours a night and exercising for four plus hours a day and I had steady periods of depression before that point and after. For this reason they won't change my diagnoisis. After my mom died is when the rapid shift change started. I started taking medicine a year ago and though it does help, it does not work all the time. The best way I could describe it to them is it is like having a car that works fine and then randomly breaks down. I did find an article on ultra-rapid cycling and that matches what I go through to some degree but it really did not say what to do to correct it. I have started exercising more, eating healthier, maintaining a steady sleep schedule etc. I hope this combined with the med increase will help. I suppose it is possible to have both. I will look more into the traits of personality disorders vrs bipolar. Thanks for the suggestion.
